Based on the original illustrations of John Bauer, I had the chance to design and make Bianca and Bark for the cinematic we put together for Epic Games Keynote in GDC 2019. Had a great time meeting Alicia Vikander in person and hearing her perspective on the process, who ended up being the face of Bianca. I've had the chance to make many assets for the new God of War game. Here are some I thought were worth sharing. Modeling, texturing, material setup, decaps and decals on Stone Mason and Magni. Both characters are modeled/sculpted from scratch. I made many different versions of Stone Mason depending on the context you are encountering the giant. He has different model, texture and material setups for different encounters ( Stone Mason level, final boss fight etc.). Thanks to Glauco Longhi, Igor Catto and Maxence Fleuret with their help on this 2+ year undertaking. In the meantime I spent some time making several armors for Kratos. I modeled/textured the Traveler Armor set from scratch. The other armors I shared are modeled by Eric Valdes and textured/shaded by me. Kratos is made by Rafael Grassetti. Whole team worked together on common enemies like Helwalkers, Bandits and Travelers. I textured Travelers variations and also made the material setup for different difficulty levels. I helped put together a damage and an FX system for Travelers. Igor Catto modeled the bodies of Valkyries and I made the texture/material setup. Besides characters, I made several props and some assets for the environments. I modeled, textured and made the material setups for "Lambs Leg" Brok is eating, Thors Hammer and Guardian Trolls Stone for cinematic moments in the game. I also modeled, textured and shaded Drummer as a miniboss for the game which we decided to cut from the game later on during the production.
